February 2008 : Mina came back for another bondage week-end … my flickr friend Warai Otoko joined us for shooting some french shibari :)

few days before I changed my old Nikon D200 for the D300 and I didn’t test if before. I won’t speak again about the camera settings, I already wrote a lot about it. I gave my camera to Warai Otoko as I was able to take most of my time for bondage. As always, I prepared everything (lightning, aperture and speed), like this, my guest has just to click and shoot. when I saw the result on my screen, I didn’t like how the Nikon worked and then started a long fight LOL anyway, my work is focused on shadows and deep tones since more than one year and the result is not so bad. I started by a bondage position I had in my mind but the result is not exactly what I expected … I didn’t want to build all the session around a suspension because it’s not easy for the photographer, especially when he’s not trained to this special exercise. So, after the first position, standing up with a tight crotch rope, I started to semi-suspend Mina before to give her another flight. I always prefer to put the girl in semi-suspension before to lift her other leg. Mina knows that kind of game and it’s always pleasant to watch her fully suspended in the air … I hope you will appreciate it too :) thanks to my model and my guest !

new year, new model ! another french girl who discovered bondage in front of my camera … here is her first rope session !

2008 is over and I must admit this year wasn’t easy to manage : lot of problems, also for the photo part. but, sometimes, a good surprise happens … Graziella contacted me in October and I immediately loved her style. You know I appreciate when a woman is able to play several characteres and I think Graziella is able to do it. You guessed I miss Anaïs for the inspiration : since my last muse is gone, I have a real problem to find motivation and cool ideas. I am lucky enough to shoot great models like Mina and Amélie but I need a little bit more, Anaïs and I were connected for the mind part and we were used to speak a lot. I loved the way she had to express her thoughts and propose new challenges to explore. I recognized something similar when I met Graziella for the firs time … these two women are different, but some details make me tought about Anaïs and it helps my mind to wake-up :) I already did three shootings with Graziella and it’s too early to know if our collaboration will be long. At this time, I notice some positive things which could help me to find back the creative mood. For now, here is her first rope bondage session … like a lot of french girls visiting my studio, she has never been bound before and we ended her first photo day with a short shibari time. For the little story, I asked to my friend Audrey to come for the shootingn she assusted Graziella with clothes and other stuff … the presence of another woman always helps the girl to be more comfortable with the situation. It was also nice to work again with two others people, we got a lot of fun together ! For her first bondage, I didn’t make something complicated for Graziella except the final position which was a little bit pervert adding a rope around her neck. Like a lot of ballet dancers, this french girl is comfortable with rope restraint and I am curious to see what the next step will be … Graziella started modeling two years ago for Suicide Girls before to stop for a while, now she moved to Paris, she models again and I’m happy she loved my work enough to contact me. Graziella Krystal will be back soon, so, you will be able to follow her captiveculture’s adventure like you did for others in the past ;-) thanks !

that day, we started the afternoon with shibari time : jute ropes, suspension and vibrator games. and what about a second bound girl ?

May 2007 : another trip to Paris for Mina and another busy week-end. Since few years, I am focused on quality but I am always searching the right way to optimize our shooting time. For that day, I got the idea to begin the serie with Mina alone while Anaïs was working on her make-up (at this period, she was my muse and my assistant, so, she did the make-up for Mina first) : it was a good way to start working quickly and give enough time to my second model. Initially, I planned the following action : pin-up in ropes, semi-suspension, suspension, another bondage position with vibrator tied between the legs + symmetrical position for Anaïs, bound with another vibrator. I built a comfortable rope bondage for Mina because I knew she would be bound for a long time. I managed the several steps shooting pictures and making bondage till the vibrator addition (after the suspension). So, I let Mina alone with my friend Alain who took some pictures while I was building the same bondage position for Anaïs. That’s because I knew this session would be exhausting for Mina I scheduled the set when she was fresh. Unfortunately, we had to deal with a problem … Mina began to complain about painful legs while I was fixing the vibrator between Anaïs legs. Mina is not a girl complaining for nothing : I immediately understood we would be unable to shoot the video (this is sad because I bet it would have been fun to see how each girl manages the situation … too bad also because I found a good way to hide the electric cable and it took me several minutes to fix these details) … I imagined Mina would encounter some problems with her bound arms and, finally, the pain came from her legs and especially her feet : Mina was standing up for more than two hours and I decided to stop the session when I got the symmetry of the two bound girls. Mina was tied since 1H50 … that’s a bit long but not surprising. Next time, I will work on the ropework only, giving my camera to another photographer for the whole set. Anyway, we got the chance (and the time) to take more than 100 pictures, that’s not so bad :-) many thanks to Mina who managed her pain and allow us to shoot several images with the second bound girl. For the little story, we shot the latex layers video after this set (remember Mina and Anaïs in latex, playing with several hoods for latex culture) … a long day but definately a good one for the inspiration !

here is the first set we did for Captive Culture when Rachel Paine and Michael Viking visited us in March 2005 … Dana, it’s time to be bound and teased :)

it was a “first time” day : indeed, it was the first day I worked with natural ropes … I immediately loved that rope I finally bought to Viking. then, it was also the first time Dana has been tied with jute rope :-) this material made Dana crazy because it was a bit itchy, maybe this fact helped me the evil idea to tie her feet and her crotch LOL it was the first time Rachel Paine was in Paris : her first birthday in Paris too ! When we finished the shooting, we went to the restaurant to celebrate her birthday with some of my friends. Of course, it was the first time Dana was dominated by an american model too … and she discovered how Rachel is skilled to torture a cute girl (she’s an expert for nipple pulling : I thought Dana would never stop moaning under her expert fingers) LOL You will notice I built a really strict immobilization for Dana’s pleasure. Alain and Michael were shooting while I was working on the bondage. Of course, I took my camera when my hands were not busy with ropes :-) I forgot, it was also the first time I used nylon body stocking … simple but efficient outfit, especially for bondage sessions. I remember when Rachel approached Dana’s mouth with an unknown ballgag : I asked Rachel to take some gags in her suitcase when we planned the trip. I must say I didn’t have so nice and efficient ballgags in my collection at this time and it gaves me the motivation to find a good ball-gag manufacturer in europe. So, when Dana saw the ball, she guessed it wouldn’t be a piece of cake to be gagged but, finally, the ball was really comfortable and the leather didn’t hurt her lips. I love when a ball-gag looks big and the mouth is wide open ! Watching the pictures, you can guess Dana’s feeling about the gag : oh yes, your mouth is full and you can’t speak sweetie ! I already wrote it in previous comments but Dana Carlier and Rachel Paine were perfectly matching and, to my eyes, Dana has never been so cute and so hot than during these photo sessions with Rachel. Dana got lot of a nice rope marks, good memories and a lot of fun with her favorite rigger :-) I think you will appreciate to rediscover that classic serie which has been remastered in 1000×1504 resolution.
